Outpatient Services at Mill Creek

Located three blocks east of I-35 off the 87th Street exit in Overland Park, Kansas, Mill Creek Outpatient Services offers a full continuum of outpatient treatment.

The therapist, in collaboration with the client, will determine the appropriate level of care during the initial assessment. The medical director, Leonel Urdaneta, MD, is available for consultation and evaluation of the need for psychotropic medications.

• Adolescent Dual Diagnosis - Monday* and Tuesday 6-9 p.m., Thursday 4-7 p.m.
• Adult Mental Health - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30-8 p.m.
• Adult Chemical Dependency (Day) - Monday*, Wednesday, Thursday 12-3 p.m.
• Adult Chemical Dependency (Evening) - Monday*, Wednesday, Friday 6-9 p.m.
